Bulkhead Proposal

We've passed WA Dept. of Fish & Wildlife permitting with a slight change to the design shown in the permit set PDF file below. This was the last approval hurdle we needed to pass, and work can begin the work in the fall of 2023.

Construction expectation is that we can use in-house labor to install the specified materials, and current material cost estimate is ~$200K.
